Pour half of your bath crystals into a tub filled with hot water. Sit it in the tub for about 30 minutes and relax. Set your intentions. After getting out of the tub air dry, do not dry off. Repeat these steps in a week on the same day. For example if you did this on a Monday you will repeat next Monday. You can use more than one bath crystals at a time.
