Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Any items that are pre-ordered will be shipped together with products that are available for purchase now. Please be sure you fill out the shipping address correctly. If USPS not able to deliver your package, you will pay another shipping fee. If you decide to get a refund instead of having items reshipped, shipping is non-refundable.
Damages and Lost/Stolen Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact USPS immediately to file a claim if the item is damaged. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items confirmed delivered to the address on file or in transit to your address. We will confirm the address, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Please contact, your local USPS. It's their responsibility to locate any lost or stolen packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accepts exchanges due to having “spiritual items” that holds energy.
