We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that starting from today, there will no longer be any changes made to orders after purchase. This decision has been made in order to streamline our order processing system and ensure a more efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. We understand that sometimes changes may need to be made after an order has been placed, but we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

We understand that ordering online can be a confusing and overwhelming process, and we strive to make it as easy and user-friendly as possible. However, we must stress that it is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review and confirm their order before finalizing the purchase. We have a detailed and accurate description of each product, along with multiple images to help you make an informed decision. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for orders that were placed incorrectly.

Furthermore, we would also like to inform you that we will no longer be issuing invoices to anyone.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe this change will help us to better manage our inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to all our customers. 

In addition, we would like to emphasize that once your order is submitted, it is final. We will no longer be able to combine orders, which means that if you place multiple orders, you will receive separate shipments and boxes for each order.
